📜 SparkCart Return & Refund Policy

At SparkCart, we’re committed to making sure you love what you buy. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how our Return & Refund Policy works:


📦 Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Unfortunately, items that are used, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts cannot be accepted for return.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


🔄 How to Request a Return

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order number and reason for return.

  • We may ask for photos to verify the condition of the product.

  • Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to ship the product back to us.


💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of inspection.

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (online payment).


⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We’ll replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the case.
