Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, items that are used, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts cannot be accepted for return.
🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
🔄 How to Request a Return

Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order number and reason for return.

We may ask for photos to verify the condition of the product.

Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to ship the product back to us.
💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of inspection.

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (online payment).
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
